Field Service Technician

GCP Applied Technologies – Archerfield QLD

As a Field Service Technician, you will provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for our dispensing equipment and digital concrete solutions across Queensland and the Northern Territory. This field-based role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining equipment reliability, and ensuring safe work practices.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and fault diagnosis.
• Respond to customer service requests and provide technical support.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

About you

• Experience in a field service, maintenance, mechanical, or technical support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Safety-conscious with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Experience within the concrete, construction materials, manufacturing, or heavy vehicle industries is highly regarded.
