Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer – Full Time 45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days. Salary: £29,952 per annum + bonus scheme. Location: Sheffield, UK.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our expanding field service team and help us look after our growing estate of photobooths, photo‑printing kiosks and key‑cutting machines. Responsibilities include routine service, preventive maintenance scheduling and merchandising for a designated area of machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.

Based within about 10 miles of Sheffield but will travel surrounding areas to service machines. We pride ourselves on amazing our customers and our colleagues. You will enjoy multitasking and using your initiative to keep all machines up and running and looking great, turning first‑time customers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities Replenish and restock machines. Carry out preventative service visits within a pre‑determined territory. Complete site surveys for new machine installations.

Clean machines to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers. Carry out cash removals and deposits. Perform repairs as part of an ongoing maintenance programme.

Manage stock on‑site and in vehicles. Provide support or holiday cover to field engineers in other territories. Develop a positive working relationship with concession partner colleagues.

Be kind and helpful to all colleagues and customers. Appear smart, wear the correct name badge and uniform, and always leave a machine in better condition than when you found it. Benefits Birthdays off.
