Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer Medical Laboratory Equipment Locations: Multiple (FL East Coast Floater, LA Seattle, MS Shreveport, SC Jackson, WA Ft. Lauderdale, Columbia, USA) Experience Required: 3 - 15 years Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory equipment (including hematology, chemistry, coagulation analyzers, and automated robotic lab instrumentation). This role requires strong electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair medical laboratory analyzers and automated robotic lab equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.

Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group . Manage car inventory , including tools, spare parts, and equipment. Provide on-site training for customers on instrument operation.

Must be willing to travel overnight as required. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Certificate or AAS degree in electronics or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Field Service Engineer .

Strong electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting background. Prior experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus. Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 .
