Position Overview SensaPay is expanding in the San Diego market and seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive new business growth. This is a field-based sales role focused on building relationships with local business owners, owning a defined territory, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and activation.

Why This Role Stands Out Uncapped earnings with upfront commissions and ongoing residual income Opportunity to build a book of business that pays monthly Large, open territory with true ownership Full product suite including payments, POS, and business tools Fast installs and 24/7 U.S.-based support to help close and retain customers High customer retention with attrition under 3 percent. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/sensapay.com Offline-capable POS technology that differentiates in competitive sales environments Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a designated territory within the San Diego metro area Generate new business through in-person prospecting, referrals, networking, and other creative ways of outreach Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners to assess needs and present solutions Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing, installation coordination, and onboarding Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention, referrals, and account growth Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity within CRM systems Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer experience Qualifications 1–2+ years of B2B or field sales experience selling in market Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses; restaurant, retail, or service industry exposure is a plus Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage territory and priorities independently Comfortable learning and presenting technology-based solutions Compensation This is a 1099 commission-based role designed to reward both new business development and long-term account growth. Compensation includes: 30% upfront commission paid biweekly on newly activated merchants based on Year 1 Processing revenue 30% recurring residual income paid monthly on every active merchant account 30% of net profit on all POS hardware sales This structure allows you to earn income at the time of sale and continue earning from each account on an ongoing basis. 30/30 Bonus & Residuals Calculator Work Environment This is a field-based role requiring regular in-person engagement with local businesses (70% of time in the field).
