Job Description
Field Sales Executive – Field Sales (Convenience) Full time, permanent. We’re building a brand‑new field sales team with the fast‑growing FMCG distributor Red Star. This role gives you the chance to shape the team, work directly with the client, and influence results from day one.
Salary: £30,000 per annum (up to £36,000 OTE) + company van and fuel card. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Location: London – Wembley, Harrow, Brent and surrounding areas.
What you’ll be doing: Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with store owners and key decision‑makers. Increase distribution across Red Star’s brand portfolio. Drive additional sales through effective selling, visibility and ranging.
Manage your territory and call file to maximise coverage and impact. Prospect new stores and identify untapped opportunities. Act as the face of the brands in your area – professional, knowledgeable and trusted.

Support from Smollan – a global retail solutions business with 90+ years heritage. Competitive attraction package: up to £36k OTE + company van with fuel card. What we’re looking for: Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
Previous field sales or convenience retail experience. Confidence building relationships and selling face‑to‑face. Comfortable managing a territory and working independently.
