Field Sales Executive (Merchants) £30,000 - £36,000 + 50K Commission OTE + Progression + Car & Phone Allowance + Paid Xmas Break Bristol Overview Rapidly growing, tight‑knit business offering a key role in selling to independent builders, plumbing merchants, hardware and DIY retailers across the West Country. Manage your own sales area, build and maintain relationships, drive sales and market presence. Responsibilities Cover a West Country patch, including Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Swindon, Cardiff, and surrounding areas Selling into independent plumbing and building merchants Creating new accounts, and managing existing accounts Using CRM and order systems to process orders and develop customer relationships Meeting weekly sales targets and reporting on progress Driving market expansion and brand presence Working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Qualifications Sales Executive or similar experience selling into merchants Strong understanding of B2B wholesale and merchant sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated and able to manage a large sales territory independently Experience using a CRM and order management system Reference Number: BBBH25164c We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitable candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
