Field Sales Executive

Role Overview Are you goal‑oriented, target‑driven, and ready to take your sales skills to the next level? As a Field Sales Executive at firmus energy, you’ll be part of a new team that’s all about hitting targets and growing together. If you have experience in field sales, direct sales, or another target‑driven role, this could be your chance to shine and grow in a fast‑paced environment.

Role Responsibilities Conduct door‑to‑door sales calls to current and prospective customers Manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager. Deliver a strong sales pitch to gain a customer’s interest Handle objections professionally to secure successful outcomes Represent firmus energy in a professional manner Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum 12 months in sales. Desirably in the field.

Ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role. Full Driving Licence Experience in selling to a diverse customer base. Positive, competitive, and self‑motivated with a drive to consistently deliver results.

Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance management. Available to work Monday to Friday between 10am – 8pm Holidays are 25 days + 10 bank holidays + 2½ additional days.
