Role Description The Field Sales Enablement Manager is a full-time role based in Bengaluru, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. This role is responsible for designing and implementing sales enablement strategies that support women entrepreneurs and field teams in achieving their outreach and revenue goals.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-person and virtual training sessions, and providing ongoing coaching to field staff and entrepreneurs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. The manager will analyze field performance data, identify gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes, tools, and messaging. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with local representatives, ensuring alignment with organizational impact objectives, and documenting best practices to strengthen Pollinate Group’s field operations.

Qualifications Experience in sales enablement, field sales management, or training and development, preferably in social enterprise or impact-focused organizations. Strong skills in running sales metrics and earnings are achieved by the marginalised womrn Ability to lead the field teams and community-based entrepreneurs, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in analyzing sales and impact data, identifying trends, and proposing practical improvements to processes and tools.

Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages in Karnataka or other regions of India is an advantage. Comfort with hybrid work, including field visits, community meetings, and office-based collaboration in Bengaluru. Bachelor’s degree in business, social work, development studies, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
