Field Engineer Field Engineer (Telecoms) | Scotland | Outside IR35 | Immediate Start We're recruiting Field Engineers to support a major Scottish utilities telecommunications programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-term project delivering installation, commissioning and maintenance across Scotland's critical telecoms infrastructure. Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of telecoms equipment Network assurance and maintenance Troubleshooting IP and telecoms infrastructure Routing, switching and data networking LAN, WAN and MPLS support Support 24/7 first-line assurance activities Complete project documentation and site surveys Required Skills SDH / PDH Microwave Radio Commtel XTran Cisco Alcatel LAN / WAN / MPLS DC & AC power experience Telecom installation & commissioning Network troubleshooting Requirements Full UK Driving Licence Able to travel across Scotland Immediate availability preferred Location: Glasgow (2–3 days per week on site) Outside IR35 | 6-month contract If you're interested, apply today or send me a message.
