A quick snapshot of the role: Commissioning & Decommissioning Install and commission equipment across multiple project locations Coordinate with customers to gather audit requirements Technical Documentation & Troubleshooting Ensure all equipment documentation (manuals, BEPQM, tools/consumables references) is accessible and up to date Provide troubleshooting notices for recurring issues Training & Customer Support Train operators, setters, QC inspectors, maintenance techs, and supervisors Provide training reports and certificates Train client teams on sample preparation, splice assembly, and e-ticketing Level 3 Technical Support Respond to e-tickets and provide remote or on-site assistance Conduct Level 3 preventive maintenance Support equipment standardisation and upgrade deployments Produce detailed technical service reports Operational Efficiency Monitoring Review on-site procedures and quality processes Assess cutting, forging, threading, and testing operations Monitor production output and recommend optimisations What they’re xwzovoh looking for: Degree in Engineering or NVQ Level 3/4 (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, or similar) Experience in customer service, QC/inspection, or international project work (beneficial) Strong technical skills: Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Hydraulics Confident communicator with solid IT skills (Microsoft Office) Happy to travel regularly within the region
