Coordinates workforce planning with the superintendent. Maintains project document control and supports project engineers and superintendents with trade contractor requests, RFIs, shop drawings, changes and billings. Supervises self‑perform scopes, resolves crew sizes, tracks labor and quantity for Labor Cost Reports (LCRs).

Mentors and coaches field engineers and students/interns. Identifies site or scope issues. Coordinates third‑party inspections and site reviews.

Crafts, implements and supervises the quality plan, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). Develops and maintains positive relationships with all partners. Qualifications Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field: construction management, engineering or architecture preferred, or equivalent experience. 0 to 8–12 months of varied experience as field engineer/coordinator preferred; internship experience counts.

Knowledge of construction specifications, methods and procedures (e.g., formwork methodologies, self‑perform work, subcontracted work scopes, temporary work, equipment and scheduling techniques). Understanding and application of construction principles for problem solving. Effective verbal and written communication with supervisors, subcontractors and in reports.

Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Clear technical writing for trade contractors, designers and inspectors. Develops and maintains effective partner relationships.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction‑related software. The estimated salary range for this role is $68,900–$89,100, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
