Field Engineer

Job Description Job Description Field Service Technician Area: East Coast (NY/NJ preferred, travel required) Shift: Day shift + flexible / occasional after-hours Job Summary: Provide installation, service, and preventative maintenance on access control and entrance systems (turnstiles, gates, etc.) Troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical issues on-site and remotely Support customers and partners with technical guidance and issue resolution Assist sales team with technical input during new installations and upgrades Maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on first-time fix and service quality Complete service documentation, reports, and updates in ERP systems Travel regionally (primarily Northeast) with occasional overnight stays
