FF&E, Fit-Out & Sourcing Specialist (Architect / Interior Designer)

As our international project portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an exceptional FF&E, Fit-Out & Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Madrid!

Are you an Architect or Interior Designer with a strong technical mindset who bridges the gap between creative design, material feasibility, and global procurement?

In this role, you will lead fit-out, FF&E, and strategic sourcing for high-end hospitality, restaurant, and workplace environments. You will be the key decision-maker when it comes to technical development, material selection, custom furniture manufacturing, cost control, and global supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Active involvement across all phases of fit-out projects for restaurants, hospitality, and office spaces.
• Technical & Aesthetic Leadership: Make strategic decisions on materials, finishes, coatings, furniture, and interior dimensions.
• Custom Solutions & Furniture Development: Collaborate directly with factories and specialized suppliers to engineer and produce bespoke furniture and custom designs.
• Global Sourcing & Material Selection: Curate, identify, and manage the international sourcing of materials, furniture, lighting, and decor, balancing design intent, quality, durability, maintenance, feasibility, and budget.
• Supplier & Cost Management: Negotiate commercial terms, lead times, and quality standards; manage orders, follow-up, delivery coordination, and end-to-end cost optimization.
• Technical Quality Control: Review samples, prototypes, shop drawings, and technical documentation to guarantee manufacturability and high-standard project delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• Education & Qualification: Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
• Proven Experience: Solid track record in fit-out and sourcing projects (hospitality, F&B, workplace) within international environments.
• Industry Background: Previous experience in contract furniture manufacturing, production environments, or execution-focused design studios.
• Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of materials, finishes, coatings, construction systems, and advanced buildable/manufacturable design solutions.
• Sourcing & Cost Control Skills: Proven experience in global sourcing, managing international suppliers, order workflows, negotiations, and project budgets.
• Mindset: A highly technical, solution-oriented professional with a strong execution mindset and sound decision-making capabilities.
• Languages: C1/C2 English level is essential.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally (~20% of the time).
• Bonus: Direct experience working inside factories or production environments will be highly valued!
