Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of prospective clients Conduct outreach, discovery calls, and capability presentations Understand client hiring needs and recommend tailored recruitment solutions Partner with internal recruiters to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline tracking Develop longterm client relationships that drive repeat business Represent FenixHire in virtual meetings, networking events, and industry spaces Qualifications Experience in business development, sales, or client partnerships Recruiting or staffing industry experience is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets Comfortable with outbound outreach and consultative selling Highly organized, selfmotivated, and able to work independently Techsavvy with CRM and virtual communication tools Compensation CommissionOnly Role Earnings range: $80,000–$160,000+ annually (performancebased) Uncapped commission structure Full remote flexibility Strong brand positioning and modern recruitment tools provided This structure is ideal for highperformers who want full control over their income and thrive in a resultsdriven environment.
