Requirements: Strong experience in Fenergo CLM platform with hands-on exposure to client onboarding and lifecycle workflows Good understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance processes in banking Experience in configuring Fenergo workflows, rules engine, and data model Ability to support and enhance client onboarding journeys, document management, and due diligence processes Hands-on with API integrations and interfacing with core banking / external data providers Strong problem-solving skills for L2/L3 production support, incident and change management Experience working in Agile delivery model with global stakeholders Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multi-time zone banking environment Organization Overview: Mizuho Global Services (MGS), Pune is an integral part of Mizuho Financial Group, one of the world’s leading financial institutions with a strong global presence across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.
