Fairmont Hotel Vancouver seeks an Assistant Director for People & Culture to enhance employee engagement and inspire a welcoming work environment. This leadership role is ideal for those passionate about human resources. As an Assistant Director, you will closely collaborate with the Director, implementing strategies that support the entire Employee Journey, from onboarding to performance management.
