Schulz Organic Dairy – Factory and Warehouse Operator
Join a premium dairy brand, producing award winning organic dairy products. Situated 5 minutes from the Great Ocean Road, in picturesque Timboon with a 4 day work week – this is work life balance done right.
Our factory is set on our 1000 acre farm and is literally connected to our dairy giving us access to the freshest milk possible. We produce a range of dairy products including cheese, butter, milk, cream and yogurts which are distributed locally, throughout Victoria and interstate.
We operate in a fast-paced environment made up of a supportive and experienced team that takes pride in their work. With some big projects on the horizon we are looking for another valued team member to help drive this success.

A bit about what will keep your day full
- Warehouse stock management
- Warehousing dispatch and logistics
- Loading semi trucks and delivery vans
- Assisting on production line for all products
- Operation of robotic equipment and filling machines
- Manual handling of product (up to 20kg)
- Execute cleaning and sanitisation of factory
- Undertake basic maintenance of equipment
- Assistance in Quality Control and New Product Development

- Dairy experience an advantage but not necessary as on the job training will be provided
