Job Description
Lead community service operations at Little Mountain Neighbourhood House Society as the Facility and Operations Manager. Oversee staff and facility responsibilities while ensuring compliance and effectiveness in day-to-day operations. In this newly created role, the Facility and Operations Manager will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to strengthen operational efficiency at LMNHS.
You will maintain organizational systems, supervise IT and facility operations, and guide a team of 6-10 staff and contractors. Prior experience in nonprofit management, facilities oversight, and team leadership will be essential to excel in this pivotal position. Key Responsibilities: โข Develop and implement operational policies and procedures โข Supervise building maintenance and team communications โข Direct IT systems for effective information management โข Oversee facility operations at both the new and offsite locations โข Participate in strategic planning as a leadership team member Requirements: โข Degree in business or facilities management โข Minimum five years of relevant experience โข Two years in a supervisory role, ideally in nonprofits โข Knowledge of information technology systems โข Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Shape the future of LMNHS by enhancing operational systems and fostering team growth in Vancouver. #J-18808-Ljbffr
