Job Description

Lead community service operations at Little Mountain Neighbourhood House Society as the Facility and Operations Manager. Oversee staff and facility responsibilities while ensuring compliance and effectiveness in day-to-day operations. In this newly created role, the Facility and Operations Manager will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to strengthen operational efficiency at LMNHS.

You will maintain organizational systems, supervise IT and facility operations, and guide a team of 6-10 staff and contractors. Prior experience in nonprofit management, facilities oversight, and team leadership will be essential to excel in this pivotal position.
