Role Title: Facility Manager About Samarpan Samarpan operates India’s only CARF‑accredited rehabilitation center in Mulshi, Pune, along with a mental health counselling center in Mumbai. We offer a science‑led, compassionate continuum of care across therapy, psychiatry, group programs, outpatient services, support groups, and long‑term rehabilitation. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our residential centre. This role is critical in ensuring seamless facility management, superior client experience, and alignment with our therapeutic programs. Location: Mulshi, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities Operations & Facility Management Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the centre Maintain high standards of housekeeping, maintenance, hygiene, and safety Conduct daily facility inspections and ensure zero service disruptions Team & Vendor Management Lead and supervise housekeeping, security, and F&B teams Manage external vendors (maintenance, pest control, AMC, etc.) Ensure quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs Financial & Administrative Management Work with leadership and finance teams on budgeting and cost control Monitor expenses and ensure optimal resource utilization Verify vendor bills and manage operational costs efficiently Client Experience & Service Excellence Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients Drive client satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns Align facility operations with therapeutic care programs Compliance & Processes Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards Implement SOPs across operations and continuously improve processes Maintain documentation, records, and audit readiness Coordination & Leadership Collaborate with clinical, medical, and administrative teams Oversee admissions, billing, discharge, and bed management Conduct team meetings and drive continuous improvement Eligibility Criteria Graduate or Postgraduate in Hospital Administration (preferred) or Hospital Administration Experience : 8+ years (preferred in healthcare / rehabilitation operations) Strong leadership and team management skills Good financial and operational understanding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and basic systems High attention to detail and problem-solving ability What We’re Looking For A proactive leader who can take ownership of centre operations Strong process orientation and execution mindset Ability to balance empathy with operational efficiency Passion for working in a purpose-driven healthcare environment Why Join Us?
