Facilities Manager

Ltd., (Hyderabad near Hi-Tech City) has an opening in Manager-Facilities Administration Role Summary: Seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end Facilities Management & Administration, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, & enhanced employees & expatriate experience across multiple locations under HMIE.

Key Responsibilities: Facilities Management & Administration Manage day-to-day facility operations, site administration, & workplace services. Ensure compliance, safety standards, & operational efficiency across locations. Expatriate Management Oversee expat requirements i.e. (Housing Rent agreements, school admissions & property management).

Budgeting & Cost Control Manage OPEX & CAPEX budgeting, forecasting, & cost optimization. Track expenses & ensure alignment with financial guidelines. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Handle vendor management, contract negotiation, & service delivery.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless operations. Governance & Approvals Facilitate investment approvals and documentation (RIMS). Ensure adherence to policies, audits, and regulatory compliance Employee Engagement & Services Plan and execute corporate events, employee engagement programs Manage employee services such as uniforms, annual kits, and support initiative.

Logistics & Operations Oversee courier, transport, and logistics operations (domestic & international) MIS & Reporting Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis using MS Excel Create presentations and reports using PowerPoint for leadership reviews Candidate Profile: - MBA Educational Qualification with Individual contribution role. Good experience level of 8 ~ 13 years. Ability to multi-task and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
