A globally renowned university is seeking an experienced communications and engagement leader to drive the delivery of high-profile external affairs, engagement and strategic communications campaigns across a complex international organisation.

You’ll lead campaign operations, stakeholder engagement, supplier management and delivery planning, ensuring major initiatives are delivered on time, on budget and with measurable impact. You’ll also play a key role in modernising processes and embedding best practice across the engagement function.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Significant experience in external affairs, communications, engagement, marketing or PR.
• Strong campaign, programme and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating in complex, matrix organisations.
• A data‑led, audience‑focused mindset.
• The confidence to influence senior leaders and drive change.
