Expert Project Manager in Engineering

Director of Engineering, you will take charge of managing significant capital projects across manufacturing plants. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support and troubleshooting guidance while collaborating closely with Plant Managers to promote continuous improvement practices. With at least 7 years of engineering experience, you will assess project opportunities and drive improvements in operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee capital projects including budget creation and vendor interactions • Provide troubleshooting assistance for plant services and equipment • Engage with government for necessary project permits • Manage project opportunities from inception to execution • Implement technological improvements for process optimization Requirements: • Post-secondary Engineering Degree required • Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience • 5+ years in capital project management • Preferred experience in manufacturing perishable goods • National travel required Your expertise in managing engineering projects will contribute significantly to Sofina's operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
