We work with leading alco-bev brands, redefining brand engagement from shelf to sip. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experiential Marketing Manager located in New Delhi. The Experiential Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and oversee brand activations, events, and consumer engagements. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, creating innovative experiential strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. The candidate will also monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
Qualifications Experience in event management, brand activations, and on-ground marketing campaigns Strong project management, budgeting, and planning skills Effective communication and relationship-building skills to liaise with clients and internal teams Creative mindset with a focus on delivering innovative and engaging consumer experiences Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with the alco-bev industry and the hospitality sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and reporting
