Job Summary Each morning, you'll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day's game plan.

You'll drive one of our Shine vehicles to various customers' homes or businesses (typically with another Shine team member) and perform our services. You'll call upcoming customers on your way to the job. You'll meet customers before your crew begins its work to ensure we're meeting expectations.

You'll complete a post-job inspection and meet with the customer to review the work to their satisfaction. You'll accept and process the customer's payment through our mobile payment technology. You'll end your day back at the Shine office, ensuring your vehicle is clean and ready for the next day's work.

Benefits/Perks: Competitive pay and opportunity to make more. Starting base pay between $18-22 per hour with potential for performance-based increases and customer tips (pay may vary for 30-day probation period upon new hire). Paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independance Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas, eligible after 30-day probation period).

Paid sick leave (Time accrued by hours worked). Fully equipped for excellent work. Your work uniform will be provided to you for free.

All necessary tools and equipment will also be available. No need to supply your own tools. Paid training - learn a valuable trade, advance your skills, and get paid while doing so.
