Step into the role of Accounting Manager at the Administration Office, where you will lead financial operations and ensure compliance. This position emphasizes your leadership through effective financial oversight.As an Accounting Manager, reporting to the Assistant Secretary-Treasurer, you will be responsible for comprehensive accounting and purchasing department operations. A CPA designation is required, along with a minimum of two years' relevant experience.
Your leadership will enhance team performance and ensure accurate financial reporting. Engage with various stakeholders while directing audits and financial initiatives.Key Responsibilities: β’ Oversee all accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable β’ Prepare detailed financial documents for all reporting periods β’ Manage and execute internal audits and compliance checks β’ Mentor and train staff to develop skills in financial practices β’ Assist with the annual budget and financial planningRequirements: β’ CPA designation and at least two yearsβ experience β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 and accounting software β’ Experience in managing teams and unionized environments β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities β’ Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detailDrive financial success and operational efficiency as you shape the accounting landscape within the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
