About The Role As an Executive Sales Manager in our US Sales organization, you will lead the growth of our capital equipment business within the aesthetics industry. This salaried, full‑time role combines strategic sales leadership with hands‑on selling, focusing on acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and consistently achieving aggressive revenue targets. You will leverage your deep understanding of aesthetic practices, clinics, and med spas to position our capital equipment solutions as essential drivers of clinical outcomes and business performance.
Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams, you will shape territory strategy, refine the sales process, and elevate our brand presence across the US market. What You'll Do Own and drive the full sales cycle for capital equipment solutions in the aesthetics market, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close Develop and execute a strategic territory and account plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Build, manage, and grow a robust pipeline of prospects including aesthetic clinics, dermatology practices, plastic surgery centers, and med spas Deliver compelling in-person and virtual sales presentations, product demonstrations, and ROI discussions tailored to clinical and business stakeholders Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers (physicians, practice managers, owners, and clinical staff) Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions in alignment with company guidelines and profitability goals Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, events, and promotional activities that generate qualified leads Partner with clinical and technical teams to coordinate product evaluations, installations, and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction Track and report on sales activities, pipeline metrics, and forecast accuracy using the company’s CRM and other sales tools Continuously monitor competitive offerings, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategy Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, workshops, and other relevant events to build brand awareness and generate new business Coach and mentor junior sales team members as needed, sharing best practices for selling capital equipment in the aesthetics space Qualifications Proven experience selling capital equipment, ideally in a consultative, B2B environment Must have experience in the aesthetics industry (e.g., medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related fields) Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding high‑value sales quotas Strong understanding of the business drivers and clinical workflows of aesthetic practices, clinics, and med spas Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholder levels Experience managing a complex sales cycle with long lead times and multiple decision-makers Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and standard sales productivity tools Ability to travel frequently within the US to meet customers, attend events, and support key opportunities Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a cross‑functional team Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered #J-18808-Ljbffr
