Executive Manager / Joint Manager Purchase

We are looking for a graduate in B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical or relevant discipline) with 8 to 12 years of experience in Direct Purchase functions include (Raw Material, Pipes, Flanges & Fittings) within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities : 1. Identify new sources for raw material in order to reduce cost. Develop new / alternative sources for critical items / indeginization. Price negotiation with vendors Familiar with material specification Explore avenues for material cost reduction. Negotiation skills 2. Inventory Management Periodically review safety stocks. Periodically review slow moving material in the inventory and take efforts to liquidate non moving inventory. 3. Order Management Releasing of purchase orders for specified items.

Conversion of PR to PO ISO documentation Capital goods purchase orders coordination. Knowledge on government regulations(EXCISE, MODVAT) Knowledge of supply chain management Knowledge on ERP.
