Role Description The Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, organizing travel and accommodations, and handling phone calls and correspondence with professionalism.

The role also involves preparing documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining files and records, and supporting internal communication across teams. The Executive Administrative Assistant will help plan and execute meetings and events, track action items, and follow up on deadlines. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and represent leadership with a professional and service-oriented approach.
Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leadership and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Solid Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, record keeping, and basic data entry.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort with learning new systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
  • Prior experience in an executive or senior-level administrative role is preferred; experience in hospitality or consulting environments is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
