Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualization & Design Support professional to strengthen our Design & Product Development team. The role focuses on transforming product concepts into realistic digital visualizations, presentation-ready mock-ups, and technical design assets that support buyer presentations, product development, and seasonal collections.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of 3D visualization, digital rendering, CAD development, photography, and design communication within the home textile or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

3D Visualization & Rendering

• Create realistic 3D visualizations and digital mock-ups of home textile products using CLO 3D or similar software.
• Develop product renderings with accurate fabrics, textures, colours, trims, and finishes.
• Produce multiple colourways, room settings, and lifestyle visualizations for customer presentations.
• Continuously improve visualization quality to align with global retail standards.

Design & Product Development Support

• Prepare CAD artwork, colourways, repeats, mock-ups, and presentation boards for new developments.
• Support designers in seasonal collection development, trend presentations, and customer-specific product adaptations.
• Assist in preparing artwork revisions and maintaining development records.
• Build and maintain digital libraries of designs, renders, fabrics, trims, and visual assets.

Photography & Visual Communication

• Coordinate and support product photography for samples and collections.
• Edit and enhance product images using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Create visually compelling presentations, catalogues, lookbooks, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all digital assets meet customer and brand quality standards.

Technical Documentation

• Prepare technical specifications, artwork files, BOMs, and production-ready documentation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the product development cycle.
• Support sampling, approvals, and design reviews with complete technical information.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Sampling, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Support buyer presentations by developing high-quality visual content and presentation materials.
• Contribute to improving visualization standards, workflows, templates, and digital asset management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in 3D Visualization, CAD Design, Product Visualization, Graphic Design, or Digital Rendering.
• Proficiency in CLO 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience creating realistic product renderings, digital mock-ups, and presentation materials.
• Knowledge of product photography, image editing, and colour management.
• Understanding of home textile products, fabrics, materials, textures, and product construction.
• Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Experience in the Home Textile, Apparel, Soft Furnishing, or Lifestyle Products industry.
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools, digital rendering technologies, or visualization software will be an added advantage.
