Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize event and activation profitability Ensure minimal variance between projected and actual costs by maintaining adherence to financial ratios Manage vendor relationships and oversee documentation and payment processes for all events Liaise and coordinate with vendors to guarantee timely delivery and flawless execution of assigned activities Support the team in ideation, planning, and execution of on-ground events, activations, and marketing activities Build and maintain strong market connections across major touchpoints such as malls, corporates, markets, etc Lead seamless execution of events through close coordination with clients and internal sales teams Stakeholder Management: Clients Ad Agencies Event Promoters Executions partners Internal Sales and Event/IP team Skills & Qualifications: MBA with 2โ4 years of experience in P&L management or a Brand/Marketing Management role within consumer-facing industries (FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confidence in client and vendor interactions Prior experience in Events / BTL (Below the Line) marketing preferred Highly organized with excellent planning and multitasking abilities Mandatory knowledge of local market dynamics and local language proficiency Experience in managing PAN India campaigns/activities Willingness to travel occasionally/as per project requirements Personal Attributes: Self-Drive/ Go Getter Strategic Thinker Leadership Experimental Ability to work under pressure
