Evolution Sales and Operations Manager

Take charge as Evolution Chamber's Sales and Operations Manager, focusing on member success and strong sales. Engage with clients daily to enhance retention while driving new member onboarding. In this full-time role, you will manage sales follow-ups and create a motivating studio culture.

With hours from 2pm-10pm Monday through Friday, your responsibilities will include daily member communications, conducting assessments, and overseeing trainers. You'll be the bridge between trainers and members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Cultivate a vibrant studio culture for member engagement • Conduct daily calls to follow up on member attendance • Perform sales assessments to convert prospects into members • Lead 4-week evaluations to boost brand loyalty • Monitor and support members’ diets via mobile app Requirements: • Must be confident and enthusiastic in communication • Personal training certification preferred • Passionate knowledge of fitness and sales • Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales • Problem-solving skills for client and scheduling issues Elevate member success, drive sales, and manage operations effectively at Evolution Chamber. #J-18808-Ljbffr
