Job Description
Tria Events is Tria's private event and wine tasting space just off Rittenhouse Square, hosting intimate, wine-driven gatherings for 15–50 guests. We’re looking for a sales-focused team member to help grow our corporate and private events business. This is not an event planning role—it’s about generating leads, building relationships, and closing bookings.
Please note that this position is primarily commission based. What You’ll Do Prospect and generate new business (law firms, accounting firms, local companies) Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into booked events Conduct site tours and guide clients through options Own the sales process from first contact to signed agreement What We’re Looking For Sales experience (events, hospitality, catering, or similar) Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building Strong communicator who can sell an experience Self-motivated and organized Philadelphia network a plus Compensation Commission-based with strong earning potential Higher commission for new client bookings Optional base/draw for the right candidate Flexible, part-time role About Tria Since 2004, Tria has been a cornerstone of Philadelphia’s wine scene, known for showcasing small, passionate producers in a welcoming, no-snobbery environment.
