Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver a wide range of internal and external events that enhance engagement, strengthen relationships, and support business objectives. Work closely with leadership, marketing and social value teams to ensure all activities are well‑executed, aligned, and impactful. Take ownership of event planning and delivery, bringing structure, creativity, and attention to detail to everything you do.
Support community engagement and social value initiatives, building meaningful connections internally and externally. Plan and deliver internal events, including office socials and engagement initiatives. Coordinate and execute the annual Christmas party and other large‑scale activities.
Manage and track invitations, attendance and communications. Organise and support client events, networking sessions and roundtables. Liaise and collaborate with venues, suppliers and stakeholders.
Monitor and control event budgets and expenditure. Support and enable community and volunteering initiatives. Maintain and improve event calendars, trackers and processes.
Ensure and uphold brand standards, governance and compliance. Qualifications Experience coordinating events or projects in a professional setting. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Clear and professional communication skills. Proven ability to build effective working relationships.
