Evening Customer Service Centre Advisor (Part Time)

Nordson Electronics Processing Systems , a trusted surface treatment and precision fluid dispensing equipment supplier within the global electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly motivated and talented  Customer Service Representative  to join our team in  Valkenswaard ,  the Netherlands . The Customer Service Representative is part of a customer orientated team performing diversified duties. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for distinguished order processing functions from receipt of Purchase Orders through delivery and invoicing of both spare and equipment . Facilitate communication from the customer, to sales, factory, tech support and logistics teams;

responsible for interfacing with stakeholders to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions Facilitate expedite requests with planning/shipping; Perform administrative activities to keep order status and planning activities current;

C4C/SAP interaction and support; Bachelor’s degree preferred; In lieu of degree, 3-5 years of experience in sales/service industry required

Requires good communication and customer service skills SAP/C4C experience; Excellent oral and written communication in English; Dutch/French/German is a plus
