Estimation Engineer

Job Summary: Responsible for leading estimation, costing, and pricing activities to ensure accurate quotations and profitable project execution for electrical panel manufacturing. Experience Required : 2 - 12 years Qualification : Diploma/BE Electrical Key Responsibilities: Must have experience in LT/HT panels or automation panels Review and analyze RFQs, specifications, SLD, GA drawings Lead preparation and validation of BOM and costing sheets Finalize pricing strategy and margin in coordination with management Guide estimation team for accurate and timely offer submission Coordinate with vendors for best pricing and technical compliance Handle large tenders and complex enquiries Identify cost optimization opportunities (alternate makes, value engineering) Ensure on-time submission of techno-commercial offers Track estimated vs actual cost for completed projects Manage variation costing and risk analysis Maintain cost database and standard templates Required Skills: Strong knowledge of PCC, MCC, PLC, VFD panels Expertise in electrical components (ACB, MCCB, PLC, Drives, etc.) Ability to read and review SLD, GA, wiring diagrams Strong commercial understanding (costing, margin, negotiation) Good leadership and team management skills Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) Key Expectations: High accuracy in costing (95%+) Achieve target margin in all projects Fast turnaround time for offer submission Strong coordination with Sales, Design, Purchase, and Management Job Location: Changodar (Self Transportation) Salary Negotiable up to 10 LPA based on current salary and experience.
