Estimating Manager

***New Estimating Manager Vacancy – Façade Remediation - East Midlands*** I am working on a great opportunity for an experienced Estimating Manager with a robust knowledge of façade remediation best practice, fire safety regulations and the Building Safety Act. The overall purpose of this role is to lead all façade remediation pre-construction activities across both main contractor and subcontractor roles. This position requires deep technical expertise in façades, cladding and fenestration systems, combined with strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
