They are now looking for an Estate Manager to lead the management of a large and unique estate in Birmingham , in one of the UK’s most exciting and fast-evolving creative districts. This is a big, complex estate with edge . It needs someone confident, commercially minded and comfortable operating in an environment that is vibrant, occasionally challenging, and always interesting. The Role You will take full ownership of the estate’s day-to-day performance, acting as the key link between the client, occupiers and operational teams . You’ll lead the on-site team, oversee outsourced service partners and ensure the estate operates smoothly while continuing to evolve as a destination.
