Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Strategy Lead Analyst to join our dynamic team at a large health system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, business analysis, and system evaluation, with broad functional exposure to ERP capabilities and processes. Experience with project management is preferred but not required as the primary focus.
This role is critical in shaping how we use ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst or functional lead in ERP strategy, evaluation, and/or optimization, preferably within a healthcare or large, complex organization. Breadth of exposure to ERP platforms and modules (e.g., Finance, HCM, Supply Chain) with a strong preference for experience with Workday or Oracle Cloud. Experience participating in ERP selection, design, or optimization initiatives; experience leading projects is a plus but not required as the primary focus.
Familiarity with healthcare industry operations and relevant regulatory and compliance considerations is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
