Epic MyChart Analyst

Job Description Job Description ClinDCast is looking for Epic MyChart Analyst Responsibilities: Design, configure, and maintain the Epic MyChart patient portal. Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and end-users to improve workflows and patient engagement. Provide troubleshooting, testing, and support for system issues and upgrades.

Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and regulatory standards. Train and support end-users on MyChart features and functionality. Qualifications: Experience with Epic MyChart and Epic certification in Epic MyChart Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient portal functionality.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position.
