Drive corporate ESG reporting requirements, carbon footprint tracking, and cross-border environmental alignment. Foster a proactive safety culture through comprehensive training programs, safety briefings, and leadership engagement.

Requirements:

8-10 years of progressive experience in QHSE roles, with at least 5 years in a management, lead, or supervisory capacity within the renewable energy sector (wind, solar, or substations). Strong capability in managing relationship frameworks with external providers, specifically regarding Statutory Inspections and OCA certifications. High-level negotiation and stakeholders management skills to interface with partners, asset managers, and external auditors.
