What you'll do

• Represent the Renuity brand during community events and at retail store locations
• Speak with customers in person to explain our home improvement offerings
• Book appointments for our installation and design specialists
• Participate in regular coaching sessions to improve your communication and sales techniques
• Assist local homeowners in starting their renovation projects

Requirements

• Ability to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) along with some weekday availability
• Access to reliable transportation for travel to various regional event sites
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• A goal-oriented approach to meeting and exceeding performance targets
• A coachable mindset and a willingness to learn new skills

Nice to have

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or other customer-facing roles
