Entry Level Sales & Marketing - Leadership & Progression BasePoint | Full-time | London (On-site) Compensation: ยฃ30,000 โ ยฃ60,000 OTE If you can sell, we can build on it. If you can't yet - we'll teach you. BasePoint runs face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns for some of the UK's biggest household brands - including EE, BT, and British Gas.

You'll be engaging customers directly on behalf of major UK brands in residential and event environments - having real conversations, building rapport, and closing. Day to day, you'll be: Engaging customers face-to-face and representing major UK brands with confidence Communicating products and services clearly and compellingly Working toward personal sales targets and tracking your own performance Contributing to live campaigns and developing your skills with every interaction Building toward leadership as you progress The feedback is immediate. Every new team member goes through structured training covering: Face-to-face sales and customer engagement Objection handling and confident communication Brand representation and campaign delivery Performance tracking and leadership development Training is ongoing.

Who We're Looking For No formal sales experience required. You do need: A natural ability to connect with people and hold a conversation A competitive mindset and a willingness to be coached Preference for active, field-based work over desk or office environments Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site in London A background in retail, hospitality, events, or any customer-facing role is a strong foundation - but we've built plenty of top performers from scratch.
