- Recruit and activate new partners that align with ClickUp’s ideal partner profile, including consultancies, agencies, VARs, referral partners, MSPs, and system integrators. \n
- Build and manage a focused book of partners across the United States and Canada, with clear priorities around partner quality, partner engagement, and revenue impact. \n
- Create repeatable service offerings and go-to-market plays that help partners position, implement, and expand ClickUp effectively. \n
- Lead joint business planning with priority partners, translating strategy into pipeline creation, co‑selling activity, and measurable growth. \n
- Coach partners on how to run an effective, predictable sales motion with ClickUp—from early qualification through solution positioning and deal progression. \n
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, channel marketing, and other cross‑functional teams so partner activity is tightly connected to field execution. \n
- Use data and partner feedback to improve the motion over time, including which partners to prioritize, where to invest enablement, and how to increase conversion and sourced revenue. \n
- Represent ClickUp externally with partners and customers, helping strengthen our presence and credibility in the ecosystem. \n
- \n
- 7+ years of channel, partnerships, or partner sales experience in enterprise software, ideally within SaaS. \n
- Strong track record recruiting, onboarding, and growing software-focused partners in North America. \n
- Experience building or evolving a partner motion where the value to partners includes both software revenue and their own services opportunity. \n
- Demonstrated success with partner recruitment, joint business planning, and partner‑led pipeline generation. \n
- Ability to coach partners on how to position, sell, and expand a technology solution in a disciplined, repeatable way. \n
- Strong cross‑functional instincts and evidence of effective partnership with direct sales, solutions, marketing, and customer‑facing teams. \n
- Experience building or scaling motions with strategic software partners around workflow, productivity, automation, collaboration, AI, or digital transformation. \n
- Clear, credible communication style with the ability to influence both external partners and internal stakeholders. \n
- Fluent English communication skills. \n
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, customer engagement, and regional collaboration. \n
