This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in data architecture, data governance, information management, metadata, data modeling, enterprise data strategy, and digital transformation. In this role, you will lead the development of enterprise-wide data and information management capabilities, establish governance frameworks, and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Develop and maintain enterprise information and data management frameworks. Design and manage data models, taxonomies, ontologies, metadata, and business glossaries. Establish standards and governance processes for enterprise data assets. Improve data accessibility, discoverability, and self-service capabilities. Data Strategy & Governance

Define and maintain the enterprise information management roadmap. Support business leaders in developing data governance frameworks. Recommend data solutions that align with business objectives. Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and operational requirements. Stakeholder Leadership

Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify business data needs. Collaborate with business and technology teams on enterprise data initiatives. Translate complex data concepts into actionable business recommendations. Mentor architects and promote data literacy across the organization. Continuous Improvement

Champion a data-driven culture and digital best practices. Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends. Improve data management standards, tools, and processes. Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise information management, data architecture, or information architecture. Minimum 10 years of experience developing enterprise information models, taxonomies, ontologies, and metadata frameworks. Strong expertise in data governance, information management, and enterprise data strategy. Experience developing enterprise roadmaps and governance frameworks. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
