We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN),Enrold Nurses (EN),Registered Midwives,Assistants in Nursing(AINs),Assistants in Widwifery (AIMs) to join our healthcare team in Royal North Shore Hospital, Ryde Hospital, Macquarie Hospital, Hornsby Hospital.

As a Health Professional with Nurselink Healthcare, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in aged care facilities. You will work alongside an experienced team to ensure residents receive strong clinical and emotional support while maintaining their dignity, safety, and wellbeing.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to aged care residents
  • Conduct assessments, administer medications, and manage care plans
  • Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Liaise with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Cert 3 In Health Service Assistance / Bachelor of Nursing Student
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation Requirements
  • Current Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check preferred
  • Up-to-date immunisations, including COVID-19 and Influenza
  • Excellent communication, clinical, and leadership skills
