We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time English Teacher to join a specialist SEMH school in the East Grinstead area. This is an exciting opportunity to teach GCSE English Language, Functional Skills, and Entry Level English to small classes in a calm, structured, and highly supportive learning environment.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across GCSE English Language, Functional Skills and Entry Level.
• Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of students SEMH.
• Inspire students to build confidence, develop literacy skills and achieve meaningful qualifications.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of teaching and therapeutic professionals.

We Are Looking For

• A qualified English Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent).
• Experience teaching GCSE English Language is desirable.
• Ability to teach Functional Skills and Entry Level English.
• A creative, patient and adaptable teaching style.
• Someone who is passionate about helping every student achieve their potential.
