Engineering Program Manager

Trident Consulting is currently seeking a ” Engineering Program Manager" for one of our clients in "Austin, TX ". A global leader in business and technology services. Location: Austin, TX Type: W2 Contract Required Skills: Strong experience as an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) in cross‑functional technical environments Expertise in driving large‑scale migration programs and complex engineering initiatives Strong understanding of technical concepts, data engineering, and analytics systems Experience managing data science‑related and customer‑facing analytics projects Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience leading roadmap reviews, status reporting, quarterly engineering reviews, and executive updates Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in fast‑paced and ambiguously defined environments with multiple teams and partners Strong understanding of data analytics, data transformations, and data dependencies Ability to analyze the impact of data changes on analytics, reporting, and business metrics Experience coordinating with cross‑functional engineering, analytics, and business teams Familiarity with big data technologies and analytics platforms preferred Experience working in Apple environments or familiarity with Apple tooling preferred Comfortable using Mac‑based environments and collaboration tools Ability to independently drive execution and program delivery Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills Experience working with Sales & Trends analytics or enterprise data migration programs preferred Local to Austin, TX and willing to work onsite 3 days per week Experience in Agile/Scrum program management methodologies preferred About Trident Consulting Trident Consulting is an award‑winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
