Job Description
Engineering Program Manager The Engineering Program Manager will work with engineering counterparts to define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence. Responsibilities span the lifecycle of the solution or service, collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders, engaging with caregivers, defining solutions, managing releases, establishing the solution’s identity in the ecosystem, and connecting with and supporting the caregiver community. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 or more years of related contact‑center experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a healthcare environment.
