You’ll step into a deeply technical environment spanning distributed systems, evolving microservices and large-scale platform change. This is a leadership role where you shape both people and platform. About the Role You’ll lead multiple engineering squads responsible for core product domains. • Manage and mentor engineers across seniority levels • Drive planning, delivery and technical direction • Partner closely with product and senior technical leadership • Improve engineering processes, quality and developer velocity • Stay technically credible through design input, PR reviews and guidance • Help define future technology and architecture direction You’ll own outcomes, team health and technical standards.
