Role: Engineering Manager / Technical Lead Location: PAN India NP: Immediate Joiners required Experience: 9+ years Work Mode: WFH CTC: Market Standard Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead who can provide hands-on technical guidance, review development work, and drive delivery. The role involves solution design, code reviews, release coordination, and stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Delivery Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team Review architecture, design, and code to ensure quality and best practices Take ownership of solution design, technical decisions, and release readiness Coordinate releases and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and definition of done Mentor developers and improve overall code quality and team productivity Act as a bridge between US teams, internal teams, and business stakeholders Own planning, execution oversight, and delivery management Architecture, Modern Engineering & AI Design and guide scalable, secure, and resilient systems using microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code Contribute to AI/ML-enabled solutions, intelligent workflows, and automation use cases Collaborate with data/AI teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems Evaluate and implement emerging technologies aligned with business needs Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in PHP (Laravel) and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred) Solid understanding of web application architecture, REST APIs, and databases (PostgreSQL/SQL) Experience in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and release processes Good understanding of microservices, event-driven systems (Kafka/Pub-Sub), and API design Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Experience collaborating with remote / US-based teams
